Liberty Ducks, which receive no hormones or antibiotics and are raised in an open environment. Founded by Jim Reichardt, a fourth-generation duck farmer, Liberty Ducks enjoy a longer, low-stress upbringing, resulting in meatier, more flavorful ducks.

Diestel Ranch Turkeys, which come from a family-run ranch in the Sierra foothills, are range-grown and fed an all-vegetarian diet.
