The cost of your event depends on many factors, primarily the number of attendees, the length of the event, and the needs of the venue. Full-service events generally range in price from $60 to $150 per person with food, beverages, service and rental equipment. Neither service charge nor gratuity is included. Your total bill is broken down into the following categories:

Food is calculated based on your guest count and the menu you choose. Hors d'oeuvres-only menus start at $18 per guest, lunch starts at $20 per guest and dinner menus (including hors d'oeuvres) start at $36 per guest. Dessert or wedding cakes generally cost $5-$7 per guest.

Beverages can range from sodas to beer and wine to a full bar with specialty cocktails. The beverage component is billed based on consumption, and you are charged our in-store retail prices for these items. Beverages for most events range from $8-$20 per guest for wine, beer, and cocktails. Your event proposal will include a specific estimate of what your beverage cost is likely to be.

Labor is determined by the length of the event, the venue space itself, and the style of service. Labor is billed per hour, per worker.

Rentals are based on the venue and the needs of the event, and are billed at cost plus 15% for administration and to cover damaged or lost items.

Additional costs include a production charge which is added to the food and beverage subtotal, plus 8.5% sales tax added to the final subtotal.
