Our menus feature local, responsibly sourced ingredients from our favorite farms and producers, such as Catalán Family Farms.
Maria Catalán has been an organic farmer for over 20 years and is recognized as the first female farm laborer to become a farm owner in the U.S. Today she helps other small farmers navigate organic certification and growth while continuing to provide delicious, organic staples including broccoli, cauliflower, rainbow chard, and celery to Bi-Rite year-round.
We love connecting our guests to the passion and artistry of our farmers, ranchers, and makers, and think including them on our menus creates a uniquely San Francisco culinary experience and celebrates the Bay Area’s bounty.
