Tips

Sharing the Menu

Create excitement by letting guests know what’s being served.

At Bi-Rite we think every gathering is an opportunity to nourish and inspire your guests. And let’s be honest, every guest wonders what’ll be on the menu. But for those who have dietary restrictions or preferences, it’s a requirement they know.

For plated events, you can use one of our pre-designed menu templates to share the menu, ingredients, and allergens with your guests.

For buffets, individual menu cards are great if there’s space on the table. Otherwise, a few strategically placed framed menus will help guide guests.

For passed appetizer events, you can rely on the server to share the dish ingredients and allergens with guests, or add individual menu cards to the trays if there’s room.
