At Bi-Rite we make all of our ice cream by hand, in small batches, AND we make everything that goes into our ice cream, including the brownies, peanut brittle, marshmallows, and the snickerdoodles for Ricanelas. We have delicious housemade toppings to jazz up your ice cream, including almond toffee, graham crackers, and spiced pecans, and decadent dark chocolate hot fudge and salted caramel sauces to top it all off. We can’t wait for you to visit and make your own happy memories and flavor combinations.

LA ESPERANZA COFFEE BLOSSOM HONEY

In Guatemala, coffee-grower-turned-bee-keeper Otto Herrera produces a complex, natural honey purely from the pollen of coffee blossoms; it has flavors of starfruit, kiwi, and of course coffee blossoms, which we churned into a delicate ice cream with honey-soaked cake crumbles (coffee is not included)

S'MORES

In this nod to the classic summertime campfire treat, super creamy milk chocolate ice cream is delicately mixed with housemade marshmallow ribbon, and graham crackers pieces that have been coated with dark chocolate

Balsamic Strawberry

Bright, juicy organic strawberries are roasted with Bi-Rite Balsamic Vinegar and then churned into a delicious treat (fun fact: the recipe for this famous flavor was borne out of our commitment to Zero Waste – read more on our Sustainability page)

Basil

This fresh and herbaceous flavor is made by steeping organic, local basil in sweet cream ice cream overnight, resulting in a slightly savory treat with amazing aromatics (hint: it pairs beautifully with the seasonal Balsamic Strawberry)

Earl Grey

Whole Earl Grey tea leaves from Berkeley’s Teance are steeped directly in the cream to infuse a subtle citrus bergamot flavor and aroma into this elegant ice cream

Peanut Butter Swirl

Peanut butter ice cream with a peanut butter ribbon and some crunchy chocolate pearls

Blackberry Rose (NEW)

Bright, beautiful, organic blackberries from Stahlbush Island Farms in Oregon are churned with creamy coconut milk and a hint of rose water, then we fold in our housemade, vegan oat clusters

Chocolate Coconut

Coconut milk and Guittard Cocoa Rouge powder makes this non-dairy frozen dessert super rich and creamy [made without gluten]
