This mocktail created by Liz, category manager for wine + spirits, is a refreshing, Mediterranean inspired, burst of flavor.
Ghia’s OG bitter non-alcoholic Apéritif is combined with #PeakOfSeason blood orange and Meyer lemon, simple syrup and soda water for a vibrant, fresh, and satisfyingly bitter yet balanced mocktail fit for any occasion.
Ingredients
2 ounces Ghia Apéritif
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce Meyer lemon juice
1/2 ounce blood orange juice
1 1/2 ounces sparkling water
citrus wheel for garnish
Directions
Mix Ghia Apéritif, citrus juices, and simple syrup in a lowball glass. Stir in a splash of sparkling water and top up with ice. Serve with a citrus wheel as garnish.
