We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our boxes. During the warm weather months we may make substitutions on specific items so that a chocolate bar doesn’t become chocolate sauce.

You have two options for receiving your gift boxes which are Pick Up and Shipping.

For Pick-Up: Gift boxes can be picked up at either of our Market locations. On your gift box order form, please specify the location from which you’ll be picking up.

Bi-Rite Market 18th Street: 3639 18th Street (between Dolores and Guerrero Streets) San Francisco, CA. Please allow 3 day turnaround time for pickup at our 18th Street Market.

Bi-Rite Market Divisadero Street: 550 Divisadero Street (at Hayes Street) San Francisco, CA. Please allow 3 day turnaround time at our Divisadero Street Market.

Shipping Delivery: We ship within 3 business days of confirming your order within the continental 48 states (shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires an additional fee). We do not currently ship outside the United States. Shipping prices above are per shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure your mailing address or gift recipient’s address is 100% accurate.

Shipping Costs:

$20 for the Bi-Rite Delights and Savory and Sweet.
$25 for the Chef’s Choice. Prices are per box. We can ship overnight/rush for an additional charge. We use UPS and each order will receive a tracking number.

Please call us to see how we can create a special program for your clients and colleagues. For orders of multiple boxes, delivery time will vary due to product availability.

We will insert a note from you at no charge; please write the message you’d like when submitting your gift box order form.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of gift box orders we receive, we are unable to process custom orders. If you would like to come into the store, grab a canvas bag and get some tips on what to fill it with, we would be more than happy to help you with that. We can even give you some tissue paper and raffia/ribbon to fill it with and a blank note card to write in.
