Mezcal Melon Cooler

2 oz Vida MezcalÂ
2 oz Fresh melon puree (cantaloupe or honeydew works great)Â
1/2 oz Fresh lime juiceÂ
Agave syrup to tasteÂ
IceÂ
Mint leaves for garnishÂ
DIRECTIONS
In a shaker, combine the mezcal, melon puree, lime juice, and agave syrup with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with mint leaves.Â
