Locally grown chicories, with a perfect hint of bitterness, are tempered by a bright lemon vinaigrette, lots of shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano and toasted walnuts.
Our most popular entrée salad is also a perfect side salad with dinner. Tender, slightly bitter chicories are brightened when tossed with the lemon vinaigrette. The addition of shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano adds umami, and the toasted walnuts add crunch. So good!!
