At Bi-Rite, Skuna salmon is incredibly fresh, arriving at our backdoor within just a few days of harvest. We’re so lucky to be within less than a day’s drive of a Pacific coast fishery! We love Skuna Bay salmon’s high fat content, leading to a more forgiving filet and more consistent flavor (a reminder that salmon is also full of omega 3s). Our salmon is grilled, daily, at each Market, with just a pinch of salt and we serve it alongside our housemade dill aioli. Serve it with a side of vegetables or atop a fresh salad for a nourishing dinner that celebrates the flavors of the sea.
