Tips for accommodating different dietary needs.
If you’re planning an event and know your attendees’ specific needs, choosing the menu can be easy. If you’re unsure of each person’s needs, we recommend planning a menu where about 25% of the items are vegan or vegetarian, 25% are gluten-free, and 25% are dairy-free. Charcuterie & Cheese, Vegetable Crudité, and Meze Platters are incredibly popular because they offer guests a variety of delicious bites that can cater to their personal dietary restrictions.
